# Buying add-ons during the current billing cycle

When you purchase an OmniAI add-on partway through your current billing cycle, the first charge is adjusted based on the remaining time in that cycle. From the next billing cycle onward, the full monthly add-on price applies.

## How Mid-Cycle Add-on Billing Works

If an add-on is purchased after the billing cycle has already started, the first charge is prorated.

**Prorated billing** means you pay only for the portion of the billing cycle during which the add-on is active.

After the current billing cycle ends, the add-on is billed at its full monthly price together with your subscription.

## Example: Adding an Extra Member Mid-Cycle

Assume a customer is subscribed to **Flexito Essentials at $59/month** for a billing cycle running from **May 1 to May 30**.
