Agents Group Chat

Flexito OmniAI introduces a feature that empowers users to let live agents manage their conversations within dedicated groups. This is particularly beneficial for businesses with numerous live agents, where constant supervision is challenging.

Creating an Agent Group Chat

Navigate to your Flexito OmniAI dashboard, select the "Agent Group Chat" tab, and click on Open Chat to view available channels or groups.

Click the icon to initiate a new group.

Fill in the group details and click create to set it up.

Using Group Chat The group chat functions similarly to standard live chat but includes additional features. Some of these features are outlined below:

Tagging Agents

Select the variable icon and choose the agent you wish to tag from the pop-up menu within the chat.

Replies To send a reply, click on the “reply” window and then click the send icon to deliver your message.

Notes To send a note, click on the “Note” window and then click the send icon to deliver the note.

You can filter the conversation to display only notes by selecting the tick box above.

Managing Group Chats Manage multiple groups by clicking the group icon and selecting the group you wish to edit (note that you can only edit groups you have created).

Click the pencil icon to edit the group.
