Partner Plan ($390 per month)

• Tailored for marketing agencies and digital marketers.

This plan offers:

• Complete white labeling (your own domain and branding)

• Custom pricing with 100% profit retention

• Full customization options

• Priority support

• Unlimited workspaces under your custom domain

• Free main workspace: Includes 5 bots, 10,000 bot users, and 5 members. Additional charges apply for extra bots or members.

1. Bot Users include all leads registered in any workspace on the Flexito OmniAI platform, regardless of bot interaction.

Bot User Pricing Details

Bot User Pricing for Business Plan

The Business Plan includes 1,000 bot users in its base price. Exceeding this limit incurs additional costs.

Counting Bot Users

Your bot user count is determined by the highest number of users reached during your billing period, not the average.

📌 Example: If your bot users peak at 8,000 during the month but later drop to 2,000, your usage is still counted as 8,000.

Additional Bot User Usage Costs

If you surpass the 1,000 bot user limit, additional charges are applied in two tiers:

Tier 1: Up to 5,000 additional users

• 15 per 1,000 users

Tier 2: More than 10,000 additional users

• 90 per 10,000 users

Pricing Structure

• First 1,000 users → included in base price

• Next 1,000 users → 15 per 1,000

• Beyond that → 90 per 10,000

Key Points to Remember

• Extra usage is rounded up to the nearest billing block.

• Charges are based on peak usage during the billing period, not average usage.

• Partial blocks are billed as full blocks.

• These costs are separate from your Business Plan base price.

Refund Policy

We aim to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.

However, we recognise that sometimes expectations may not be met.

Therefore, we offer a refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are only valid for the first month of your subscription. A 10% transaction fee applies to refunds.

We strive to make the refund process smooth and easy. Contact our customer support team for assistance with refunds.

Purchasing Additional Bot Users

On our business monthly plan, you don't need to buy bot users separately. The plan auto-scales, and charges are applied at the billing date based on the maximum bot users in the billing cycle.

For additional bots, simply create the bot. You will be notified of the extra charges (15 per month for each additional bot).
