Media Library

Manage your media files effortlessly with our enhanced media library feature. Whether you're uploading new content, deleting old files, or downloading existing media, the process is now more streamlined and accessible directly from your workspace dashboard. Perfect for businesses looking to efficiently organise and maintain their digital assets.

Previously, accessing the media library was only possible through the flow builder under the rich media input. Now, you can easily upload, delete, or download your media files directly.

Please be aware: Paid plans include up to 1 GB of storage for free. The free plan has a media file limit of 100 MB. If you exceed your storage limit, you will need to either clean up your storage or use third-party services like Cloudinary or S3 storage servers.

To access the media library, navigate to My Contents -› Media Library from your workspace dashboard.

How to Upload Content Directly: To upload content, click the "Upload" button. Choose from the available media options and upload your desired content.

How to Delete Content:

To delete individual content, click the pencil icon next to the item you want to remove, then click the delete button.

To delete multiple items at once, select the content you wish to remove and then choose the "Bulk Action" option.
