## Overview

We've enhanced our storage capabilities, allowing users to upload media files directly to S3. This feature supports a variety of file types, such as documents, images, audio, and video, ensuring easy integration with S3 for secure and efficient data management.

### Key Features

• **Direct Upload to S3**: Users can now upload media files directly to their S3 storage without needing any intermediaries.

• **Multi-Channel Support**: This feature works seamlessly across multiple platforms, including WebChat, Messenger, Instagram, and more.

• **Enhanced Security**: The direct upload process ensures secure data transfer and storage, providing peace of mind when handling sensitive information.

### Supported Media Types

This feature supports the following types of media:

1. Files

2. Images

3. Audio

4. Video

### How to Set Up S3 Storage

Navigate to the Flow, select the Action Node, and choose Integrations Action.

In the dropdown menu, you will find the S3 Storage Action.

You can now store your data directly in S3 Storage.

### Handling Random User Uploads

Go to the flow set as the default reply, select the Condition Node, and filter the last message by its media type.

In the S3 Action Node, choose the media type based on the condition set in the previous node.

Now, all your media types are stored directly in S3.
