Managing your workspace efficiently is crucial for seamless operations. With Flexito, you can easily edit workspace settings, manage timezones, and switch between multiple workspaces to ensure your team stays productive and organised.
Workspace Management
To switch workspaces, click on the workspace name located in the upper left corner of your dashboard. By selecting options 1 and 2, you will be directed to the workspace management page.
On this page, you can view all the workspaces you are part of. As indicated in the screenshot, you have the following options:
Create new workspaces (the creator becomes the owner)
Switch to a different workspace
If you are not the workspace owner, click the yellow arrow to leave the workspace.
If you are the workspace owner, a red 'x' will appear. Click it to delete the workspace.
To update your workspace profile, select 'Workspace Settings and Profile' from the menu shown in the screenshot above. Here, you can modify your logo, workspace name, timezone, and default flow theme.
Important Note
The timezone setting in your workspace influences how your bot processes time values. For instance, the system value "BOT_CURRENT_TIME" will vary depending on your timezone settings. Additionally, the system values "NOW" and "TODAY" are based on the bot user's timezone. If a user does not have a timezone set in their profile, the workspace's timezone will be used instead.
Typically, bot users on platforms like Messenger and web chat have user timezones. However, other channels may not support user-specific timezones.
