Enhance your Flexito OmniAI experience with the new SSO Actions feature, allowing seamless integration and management of user profiles across multiple channels. Effortlessly link or delink channels, send tailored flows, and manage user information with ease, all from within the flow builder.

Flexito OmniAI has introduced SSO actions, enhancing its SSO login capabilities. Now, you can link and delink channels and perform other actions that were previously unavailable in the flow builder automations.

How to Use SSO Actions

In the flow builder, right-click and choose the "Action" block.

Select "Advanced Actions."

Scroll down and choose "SSO Actions."

Click "Edit Action" to explore the various SSO actions available.

SSO Actions

Currently, Flexito OmniAI supports the following SSO actions.

Find SSO User: Use this action to locate an SSO user by their email, which they used for SSO login.

SSO User NS and Bot User NS are distinct entities. The former refers to the master user, while the latter pertains to individual users of the linked channels.

Send Flow to Linked Channel User

This action sends a subflow to a user in a linked channel. For example, you can send a flow to a linked WhatsApp user from an SSO user.

Channel restrictions, such as the 24-hour window for Meta channels, still apply.

Get SSO User Info

Use this action to retrieve information about the SSO master user.

Get Linked Channel Users: This action retrieves information about all linked channels using the SSO user NS.

Link to SSO User: This action links an individual channel bot user to the SSO master user using the SSO user NS.

Unlink from SSO User: This action unlinks an individual channel bot user from the SSO master user using the SSO user NS.

This action must be performed within the channel you wish to unlink from the SSO user.

SSO Actions

Create SSO User by Email

This new action allows you to create or link an SSO profile using an existing email, minimizing the need for social media logins.

How to Use SSO Actions

Navigate to the Flow Builder, select the Action Node, and choose Advanced Actions. Then, select SSO Actions.

You will find multiple actions to choose from.

Steps to Implement SSO via Email

Create SSO Profile Using Email

To create a new user, select 'Create SSO User.'

The SSO channel will be based on the user's email. (Note: Ensure the email is valid by adding a condition to check it beforehand.)

.

This setup ensures that users with the same email across different channels are recognized, preventing repeated SSO login prompts.

Find SSO Profile User

To search for an SSO Profile user, use the 'Find SSO User' action.

You can search for an SSO Profile User using their email.

Send Flow to SSO Profile User

You can send a bot flow to an SSO Profile user.

The flow can be tailored to the specific channel.

Configure the settings and send the flow.

You can also use other actions according to your requirements.

Check for Existing SSO Profile

You can check if a user is already an SSO Profile User.

Select a condition node and add a condition.

Use conditions like "Is user SSO" or "Has SSO user connected," or use both to verify if they are true.

If the user has an existing SSO profile, continue with the flow as usual. If not, proceed to the next step.

Benefits of SSO via Email

  • User-Friendly: Reduces the need for Google or Facebook logins.

  • Seamless Integration: Links existing emails to SSO profiles.

  • Consistency Across Channels: Ensures a unified experience when users interact via different platforms.
