We're excited to introduce AI Prompts, a feature crafted to boost the productivity of your live chat agents.

Understanding AI Prompts

AI Prompts are accessible to all bots in a workspace, providing live chat agents with predefined, AI-enhanced responses and actions. This tool aids agents in saving time and improving response quality by eliminating the need to switch tabs or manually translate text.

Locating AI Prompts

To access this feature, navigate to AI & Automation > AI Prompts within your workspace.

How to Create New Prompts

To create a new prompt, click the "+ AI Prompt" button. Enter a name for your prompt, input the prompt content, and then set its active status. Adjust the display order as necessary.

We offer several pre-built samples for typical scenarios:

• Tone adjustment (Friendly, Formal, Funny)

• Language translation (English, Chinese)

• Other customizable use cases

Choosing an AI Provider Click the gear icon to open settings. From there, select your preferred AI provider and the appropriate model:

• OpenAI

• Deep Seek

• X AI

• Gemini

• Claude

Note: You can only connect with AI providers that are integrated into your workspace.

Utilising AI Prompts in Live Chat Type your message in the chat window, hover over the AI prompt icon, choose your desired prompt, and wait a few seconds for the AI to process. You'll then receive the transformed text.

For instance, translating "Hi, how can I help you today?" into Chinese is simple and quick, removing the need to switch tabs or use external translation tools.

Currently, AI prompts are limited to AI agent replies. Future updates will broaden functionality to include more features and use cases.
