Explore the capabilities of the Visual Flow Builder.

In the Flow Builder, guide users through a segmentation process, culminating in an action block with the Board Function.

Create an Action Block and add the Board function to test its functionality.

In the Action Block, navigate to Advanced Actions and select the Move to Board function.

Next, click on Edit Action within the Board Function.

Select a Topic to position the user at the end of a process.

For instance, if a user is new to the platform, select the Topic 'New Lead.'

Add a Note to the Action using one of the three options in the drop-down menu:

1. No Change

2. Update Note

3. Clear Note

Choose Update Note for the Note Action and select Info under Note Type.

Since the user is a New Lead, use the note: '{{First Name}} is our new Sales Lead.'

Save the Note Details in the Board.

Preview the Action Block with the Board Function on the pop-up web page.

No action appears on the web page as only the Action Block is being tested.

Close the testing web page, open the Board, refresh the page, and watch the magic happen:

In the New Leads column on the Board, the Guest user is added, along with the note: 'Guest is our New Sales Lead.'

Click on the Guest User to communicate directly with them within the Flexito OmniAI Platform.

Manually drag users through various stages from left to right and vice versa.

Automate processes so that when users take specific actions, they move to the appropriate Board, transitioning through all stages.

Manually move the Guest User from New Lead to Demo Scheduled.

For automation, if a product demo is scheduled with the Guest User via Calendly, you can trigger an Action with the Board Function to perform the following:

1. Topic or Stage: Sales Pipeline / Demo_Scheduled is selected.

2. Note Action: Update Note

3. Note Type: Info

4. Topic: Calendly booking is scheduled for Product demo with {{First Name}}

This way, Board parameters are set when a Calendly appointment is made.
