User Menu Setup
The User Menu feature offers an efficient way to create shortcuts within your chatbot. Instead of navigating through each individual flow, users can directly access the flow they need.
To set this up, navigate to Contents, then Menus, and click on + New Menu.
Enter a name for your menu and then click on “+Add Menu Item” to proceed.
Provide a title for your menu item, select a subflow, and then click Save. This selection determines where users will be directed when they select the menu option.
Return to your flow and select the menu you wish to display.
