Integrating Stripe as a payment gateway in Flexito OmniAI enables secure payment processing directly within your chatbot flows. How to Set Up Stripe in Flexito OmniAI:

  1. Navigate to the "Integrations" section in the sidebar menu.

  2. Click "Payment Gateway" and choose "Stripe."

  3. Ensure the mode is set to "Live Mode" to accept real payments. Connect your Stripe account if you haven't already.

How to Create the Payment Flow:

  1. Go to the flow builder area and select or create a new flow where you want to integrate the payment.

  2. In the flow editor, add a message block by clicking "Send Message" and configure the message to instruct the user, such as "Please make the payment using the link below."

How to Configure the Payment Button:

  1. Click "Add Button" in the message block to include a payment button.

  1. Choose the "Buy" action from the list of available button actions.
