Flexito OmniAI introduces the Closing Notes feature, enabling users to enhance live chat functionalities. This feature allows live agents to add context when closing or marking conversations as complete.
How to Create Closing Notes
Within the bot interface, navigate to “Contents” and select “Closing Notes”.
Select “+ New Category” to begin.
Press Save to establish your new category.
How to Enable Closing Notes
Access the Settings tab and choose Livechat settings. Turn on the closing notes feature.
After enabling, click Save to start using closing notes.
How to Use Closing Notes
When marking a conversation as “Done”, if closing notes are active, the live agent will be prompted to add a closing note.
You can also view the closing note in the bot user overview.
Triggering Actions with Closing Notes
Once a closing note is applied, it can trigger automations.
