This feature empowers you to make data-driven decisions and optimise your automation strategies effectively.

Flexito OmniAI enables users to track various events within bot automations, offering visual analytics through custom events and reports.

You can now track custom events of your choice and compile collaborative analytical reports. This provides deeper data insights and metrics to monitor your bot's and automations' performance.

How to Create and Use Custom Events in Flexito OmniAI

Navigate to your dashboard, select the bot, and enter the flow builder.

Within the flow builder, go to the Content tab and choose custom events.

When setting up a new event, you need to provide the following parameters:

Event Name: This names the custom event.

Event Description: This describes the purpose and tracking details of the custom event.

Parameter Names: These are the names of the parameters you wish to track, such as product, sales category, or person's name.

You don't need to fill in every parameter for the event to function, but you must provide at least one parameter for tracking.

Once an event is created, go to your flow builder and add the "Custom Event" action from the Action block to start integrating and tracking the event.

Click on Edit action to begin setting up the event.

This setup will track the channel from which users arrive and increment the total event count by one each time it occurs.

The event is now ready for tracking.

Visualising Analytics for Custom Events

Go to the analytics tab and select custom events to view analytics for a specific event.

Click on the event to see more detailed analytics for that specific event.
