For Facebook bots, you can create a persistent menu with up to three buttons. To set it up, follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Tools" from the left sidebar

  2. Click on "Persistent Menus"

  3. Select "Edit Menu"

  4. Click "+ Add Menu"

  5. Enter a menu title

  6. Choose a menu type: "Goto sub flow", "Open website", or "Open checkout page"

  7. Select a sub flow or enter a website address
