Basic Operations to Build Flows

Unlock the full potential of your workflow with our intuitive Flow Builder. Easily edit, connect, and organise steps to streamline your processes. Whether you're creating new steps or managing existing ones, our tool ensures a seamless experience, making complex workflows simple and efficient.

Editing a Step:

To edit a step, simply click on it. The "Edit Panel" will appear next to the sidebar for your convenience.

You can modify the step name by clicking on it. To set the next step, either select it at the bottom of the edit panel or drag connectors from the circle to another step's tile.

Connecting Steps:

To set a new or existing step as the next one, follow these instructions. For dragging connectors, refer to the guide below:

When you select an existing next step, a line will connect the current step to the next. If you find too many lines cluttering your workspace, use a Goto step to keep things tidy. A Goto step lets you designate the next step without drawing a line connector.

Selecting Multiple Steps (Move to Canvas/Sub Flow)

Moving the builder is as simple as clicking and dragging. For selecting multiple steps, hold the Shift key, then click and drag to encompass the steps you want to select:

Alternatively, you can select them individually by holding the Ctrl key and clicking each one:

Selected steps will be highlighted with a green border. Once you've selected multiple steps, click "Create New Canvas" to organise these steps into a canvas box, or move them to an existing sub flow. To delete multiple steps, press the "delete" button on your keyboard after selection:

Deleting on a Mac - On Mac OS, hold the fn key and press Delete to remove steps. Alternatively, use the "Delete Selected" button in the editing panel.

TIP - The green start point indicates the entrance of a sub flow. This point cannot be moved to other sub flows or deleted, even if included in a group of steps.

Copying and Pasting Steps

Once you've selected a step or multiple steps, use Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste them into:

• the same subflow

• different subflows within the same bot/flow

• different bots/flows but within the same channels (custom fields will be created automatically)

• different channels (unsupported features will be removed)

TIP - Remember, you can only paste once. To paste again, you must copy the steps again. This prevents bulk pasting that could overwhelm the flow.
