Publish Version & Draft Version

Effortlessly manage your chatbot flows with Flexito OmniAI's dual-version system. Seamlessly switch between Draft and Publish Versions to ensure your bot is always up-to-date and error-free, while maintaining the flexibility to test changes without impacting live interactions.

Flexito OmniAI offers two versions for each flow: the Publish Version and the Draft Version.

• Publish Version

• Your bot interacts with clients using the Publish Version.

• Draft Version

• Any changes you make are automatically saved to the Draft Version. You can edit your flow without affecting the bot and test the draft before publishing.

Switching from Publish Version to Draft Version:

• Click "Edit Flow" in the top left or right corner of the flow to access the Draft Version.

Ensure you are in the Draft Version before making any edits to a flow.

Switching from Draft Version to Publish Version:

• Click "Publish" to save your draft as a new Publish Version.

• Discard changes and revert to the latest Publish Version.

• Keep the draft and switch to the Publish Version. This allows you to view the Publish Version, and when you return to editing, your draft will still be available.

If you accidentally exit while editing, don't worry. The system saves all your changes in the Draft Version. When you return, simply enter the Draft Version again to find your modifications intact.
