Accessing the General Settings Panel

Follow these steps to access the General Settings panel in Flexito OmniAI:

  1. Enter Your Bot: Go to the specific bot you want to configure.

  2. Go to "Settings": Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar menu.

  3. Select "General": Click on the "General" option within "Settings".

Note: Only the workspace owner has the authority to configure these settings.

Bot Users Limit

  • Description: Determines the maximum number of bot users. A value of 0 indicates no limit.

  • Access: Only the workspace owner can configure this setting. If you cannot see this setting, you are not the workspace owner.

  • How to Configure:

  • Navigate to the "Bot Users Limit" section.

  • Adjust the user limit using the "+" and "-" buttons.

  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Bot Users Auto Cleanup

  • Description: Automatically deletes bot users who have not interacted within a set timeframe. A value of 0 means no cleanup occurs.

  • How to Configure:

  • Navigate to the "Bot Users Auto Cleanup" section.

  • Specify the number of days after which inactive users are removed.

  • Add specific conditions if necessary (e.g., remove users with certain tags).

  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Important Notes:

  • If no specific conditions are set, users will be removed based on their last interaction time.

Paused Bot Automation Option

  • Description: Controls the behaviour of automations and messages when a conversation is paused.

  • How to Configure:

  • Navigate to the "Paused bot automation option" section.

  • Choose one of the following options:

  • Messages from agent, trigger and smart delay will be sent: During the pause, smart delays and triggers remain active.

  • Only messages from agent will be sent: During the pause, only agent-sent messages are delivered; all automations, triggers, and smart delays are halted.

Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Bot Start Flow

  • Description: Configures the bot's default start flow.

  • How to Configure:

  • Navigate to the "Bot Start Flow" section.

  • Choose the desired default flow (default is "Main Flow").

  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.
