Enhance your chatbot's management by inviting admins who can access specific insights and reports without backend access. This feature is perfect for business owners who need to stay informed while maintaining control over sensitive data.

Invite and Manage Admins

In addition to regular members, you can invite admins to your chatbot workspace.

Admins can be given access to specific menus, allowing them to view reports or gain insights into the chatbot's performance.

To invite an admin, navigate to the Tools section from the left-hand menu and click on the Admins tab at the top.

This will take you to the main admin overview.

To add a new admin, ensure the user you wish to invite is already subscribed to your chatbot. Then, click the + New Admin button in the top-right corner.

A pop-up window will appear where you can search for and add a new admin.

Enter the name of the person you wish to appoint as an admin and click the plus sign to add them. After clicking, you'll be returned to the main menu where you can manage all admins.

You have the option to delete any admin by selecting the delete option next to their name.

Setting Up an Admin Flow

Once you've appointed an admin, you can create specific flows for them. This is useful for providing business owners with insights into the chatbot's activities without granting them backend access.

To do this, go to any flow and insert a condition block. Then, search for the condition "Is Admin."

If the condition is set to yes, you can direct the admin to the admin mode, where you can configure their access.

For example:

This method allows business owners to access certain features on the front end without needing backend access.
