Flexito OmniAI empowers businesses with the ability to create and customise reports tailored to their specific needs. Whether you're tracking sales performance, analysing user behaviour, or comparing event outcomes, this guide will walk you through the process of setting up and visualising custom reports to gain valuable insights.

Creating and Utilising Custom Reports in Flexito OmniAI

To begin creating a custom report, navigate to the tools tab and choose 'custom reporting'.

Input the report's name and specify its type.

Click the gear icon to begin designing your reports.

Designing a Funnel Report Select 'Funnel Steps' to start adding custom events to your report.

Click 'Add step' to proceed.

Choose the type of event you wish to track.

Once the event is added, click the three dots icon to customise it further.

Configure the specific events you want to track, then click 'Done'.

You can include additional steps in your funnel report to create a collaborative or comparative report, tracking performance across multiple events.

To change the colours of trendline graphs and bar charts, click the palette icon in the top left corner and select the chart you wish to modify.

You can also modify the graphs and charts by changing labels, adjusting axes, and choosing whether to display them in the report.

Designing a Percentage Report Percentage reports allow you to compare two events and evaluate their performance relative to each other.

To add events, click on Field A and Field B.

To edit the charts and graphs, click here to adjust them according to your requirements.

Formulas Percentage reports enable you to use formulas to calculate percentages and relevant events.

Formula #1 This formula compares two fields to calculate the relative percentage between them. For example:

  • Field A could represent the number of students in Class A, and Field B could be the total number of students in the school. This formula helps calculate the percentage of students in Class A compared to the total student population.

  • Field A could be the number of sales of Product A, and Field B could be the total number of sales. This formula calculates the percentage of sales for Product A.

Formula #2

This formula compares two fields and, like Formula 1, provides the relative percentage. Here, Field A and Field B can be two components, with the denominator representing the sum of the parts.

Field A might be the number of users passing through Flow A, while Field B is the number of users passing through Flow B. This formula shows how many people used each flow, which is crucial for A/B testing.

Formulas #3 & 4

These formulas compare two fields to yield a value not directly derived. For instance, in a marketing SMS campaign, you can track the total number of targeted individuals and those who replied to be added to the Do Not Contact list. This formula helps determine the actual response rate of the campaign.

Visualising Analytics for Custom Reports
