With Flexito OmniAI's new feature, managing and exporting bot user data has never been easier. Whether you need a complete list of users or just a filtered selection, you can now download this information directly from the platform, ensuring you have quick and reliable access to your data.
Flexito OmniAI enables users to export all or selected bot users into a CSV file, which can be downloaded directly from the platform.
Previously, CSV files were sent via email. However, due to SMTP and other email-related issues, we've updated this feature to allow direct downloads within the platform.
Export Jobs are available for download for up to 7 days after creation.
How to Access the Export Job
Navigate to your flow builder and select the bot user's tab. Apply a filter if needed, or select all bot users, then click the download icon at the top right corner.
A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the export of the selected bot users.
Ignore any message indicating the CSV will be emailed. Instead, proceed to the tools section.
Accessing the Export Job (#ExportJobs-AccessingExportJob)
Clicking the download button will save the CSV file directly to your device.
