Integrating Flexito OmniAI with Cloudinary simplifies data storage, allowing you to seamlessly manage and store your files directly from your chatbot. Whether you're setting up for the first time or enhancing your current setup, this guide will walk you through the easy steps to connect and use Cloudinary within your Flexito OmniAI workflows.

Flexito OmniAI now integrates with Cloudinary, making data storage straightforward with just a few simple steps.

To connect your Cloudinary account, you'll need a few details, as shown in the image below.

Navigate to the Integrations section on your main dashboard via the left-hand menu. Choose Cloudinary from the overview. You'll need four pieces of information from your Cloudinary account, which you can access at Cloudinary ().

Sign in to Cloudinary

Log in to Cloudinary, and from your dashboard, access all necessary information if you have already set it up.

If you have all the required information, you're ready to proceed. Simply copy and paste it into your workspace integration overview.

If you haven't yet created an API key and secret, or if you want a new one specifically for your chatbot, you'll need to generate one.

Generate an API Key

To create an API key, go to settings and select the security tab.

Scroll down to the Access Keys section and click on “generate new pair” to create a new API key and secret.

After generating, copy both the API key and secret, then paste them into your workspace along with the other required details.

Incorporating Cloudinary into Your Flows

Once connected, you can use Cloudinary directly within your chatbot flows.

Simply insert an action block and navigate to integrations, then choose Cloudinary.

From this point, you can upload files directly to your account, ensuring secure storage.
