Efficiently manage your chatbot's user base with Flexito's new feature. Automatically set user limits and remove inactive users to ensure optimal performance and engagement.

Introducing a feature that simplifies the management of your chatbot's user base. You can now set a user limit and automatically remove excess users, streamlining your chatbot's maintenance.

Method 1: Using an Action Step

The first approach involves incorporating an action step into your chatbot flow. Find the "Delete Bot User" action step under Basic Actions. Once the flow reaches this step, the user will be automatically deleted, preventing any further messages or conditions from being processed.

Method 2: Configuring Bot User Limits Another method to automatically remove users is by setting bot user limits within the Flexito OmniAI settings. In the General section, locate the "Bot User Limit" option. By entering a number greater than zero, the system will regularly check the total user count and remove the oldest users if the limit is surpassed.

Monitoring User Count: To monitor your user count, navigate to the Analytics section. Here, you can view insights into the total number of bot users, helping you decide on an appropriate user limit for your chatbot.

Additional Options: For a more tailored approach, you can set up triggers based on specific conditions. For instance, you can configure a trigger to delete a user if there has been no interaction for a certain period. Time-based triggers offer more control over the user deletion process.
