"Get Products" Feature Guide for Flexito OmniAI

The "Get Products" feature lets you efficiently search and manage the products in your e-commerce store. Follow this step-by-step guide to set it up:

  1. How to Access the "Get Products" Action

Begin by adding a new action node in your automation flow. Select "Ecommerce" and then choose "Get Products" to begin configuration.

Edit the Action

  1. Configure Call Parameters

In the configuration window, you can modify these parameters:

  • Limits: Define how many products you want the query to return.

  • Sort by: Decide how to sort the products, such as by price or popularity.

  • Filters: Apply filters like category or availability.

  • Custom Fields: Select or create custom fields to fill with product details.

After completing all configurations, click "Publish" and then test the flow to ensure products are returned as expected.
