Firstly, Flexito OmniAI provides a non-branded app specifically for Meta cloud API onboarding.

The app is called WA Cloud. You are welcome to use it for free if you don't mind using our branding. Having your own branded app isn't mandatory, similar to the mobile app we offer to Flexito OmniAI partners.

In conclusion, while having your own app isn't required, it can enhance your branding efforts if you choose to create one.

What is the process?

The process consists of three straightforward steps:

Step 1: Creating Meta Apps

Follow the instructions here: OmniAI-cloud (). Note that you need a verified Meta business manager to begin.

A video guide will be available once payment is made to explain the process.

Step 2: Adding Flexito OmniAI as Admin to Your App

You need to add Flexito OmniAI as an admin to your app. We will review your app settings and correct any issues.

A video guide will be provided after payment to explain this step.

Step 3: Creating a Test Workspace Under Your Custom Domain

Connect your app to this workspace to create videos and submit them for Meta permission. You must provide us with a workspace ID.

Ensure this workspace is under your own custom domain.

Step 4: Submitting for Meta Permission

We will share successful strategies, and you can follow these steps and tutorials to submit your app for permission.

Your app will require two permissions:

whatsapp_business_messaging
whatsapp_business_management

Please note that we do not apply for permission on your behalf; this is your responsibility.

We also cannot guarantee that Meta will approve your permission request.

Results can vary due to multiple factors.

If your permission is not approved, you can request a refund. We will refund (#) to you. However, the Meta Cloud API is the future, and Meta is actively promoting the Embed Sign Up for Cloud API.

Flexito OmniAI received our permission within two days with only one submission, so there's a high chance your app will be approved as well.

Step 5: Connecting Your App to Your Partner Domain

Once your app has all the necessary permissions, we will complete the process by connecting it to your partner's custom domain.

Subsequently, all new customers will use your branded app for onboarding to the Meta Cloud API.
