14-Day Free Trial Workspaces
Regular users can also register under your custom domain if your signup link is publicly accessible.
Once your custom domain is set up, your signup link will look like this:
Each workspace begins with a 14-day free trial, providing access to all pro features without requiring a credit card.
Initially, the workspace includes 200 bot users, 1 member, and 1 bot. This bot can be used across omni channels or other individual channels.
Free workspaces under your custom domain incur no charges.
There is no limit to the number of workspaces you can create under your custom domain.
Create a New Workspace
To create a workspace for your customer, click the “+New workspace” button located at the top right corner.
Simply enter the email address.
Next, provide the workspace name, user name, and set a default password.
If you don't want them to verify their email, you can disable the “Require Email Verification” option. This allows users to log in directly.
If email verification is enabled, customers will receive an email with a verification link they must click to log in for the first time.
Manage Your Workspace
In the workspace tab, you can view all workspaces under your custom domain, including both free and paid ones.
You can filter workspaces by Free or Paid status.
Additionally, you can filter by workspace name, workspace ID (found in workspace settings), and owner email.
In the workspace listing, as shown in the screenshot below:
You can easily see which plan a workspace is on. If no plan is displayed, it is on the free plan. The current billing period is shown under the plan name.
You can view the limits on bot users, members, and bots for each workspace. Any add-ons for the workspace will appear in red under the regular plan. For example, workspace ID 8284 has an additional member, making a total of 6 members, an extra bot for a total of 2, and an additional 10,000 bot users, totalling 11,000.
Pause a Workspace
Navigate to your white label settings, then to workspaces, where you'll see the screenshot below:
Switching the workspace status from active to pause will pause the workspace.
Once paused, the workspace will appear as shown.
When a workspace is paused, users will see the following screen upon logging in.
A paused workspace becomes read-only, and the bot will be inactive. Users must contact support to reactivate the workspace.

Pause Workspace Video Tutorial Auto Renew Setting You can toggle auto-renewal for a workspace. If enabled, the workspace will be automatically charged at the end of the billing cycle.
Flexito OmniAI will automatically deduct the amount from your credits or wallet.
If auto-renew is disabled, the workspace will downgrade to the free plan three days after the billing cycle ends. Extra bot users exceeding the free plan limit of 200 will not be deleted. You can also toggle auto-renew via the Partner API. More details are available in your partner settings.

As a partner, you can set up a webhook to listen for the “overdue” event and send automated reminders to yourself and customers.

Change or Update Plan
You can upgrade to a paid plan or downgrade to a free plan. Clicking upgrade will display the screenshot below:
Your current plan will be displayed, and you can customise up to three different plans for your customers under your custom domain.

Clicking the “Change plan” button for any paid workspace will show the screenshot below:
Initially, the current workspace plan is shown, and you can choose to change plans or downgrade to a free plan.
Add-on Options
You can view add-on options below, allowing you to add extra members, bots, or bot users to the current workspace.
Our partner cost for add-ons is as follows:

If a workspace has purchased any add-ons, they will be visible directly on the workspace list page.
Delete a Workspace
You can delete a workspace from the workspace list page.
Only workspaces on a free plan can be deleted. Paid plan workspaces must be downgraded to a free plan first.
Currently, you cannot delete users from your white label platform. To delete a user, submit a ticket to our support email at .
Audit Logs
Audit logs have been added for key actions in the customer's workspace, such as login, logout, deletion, and adding extra bots.
You can view all logs by clicking the button below.
For upgrades and additional add-ons, Flexito OmniAI will deduct credits from your wallet (prepaid credit).
Points
If you have enabled “credit billing for addons,” you can find it in the partner settings.
The add-on credit billing system allows clients to have their own wallet, purchasing points or coins from you at your defined selling price.
Customers can use these points to purchase add-ons such as extra bots, members, or bot users.
Partners can manually adjust points by clicking on them and adding or removing points from the pop-up window.
