Flexito OmniAI enables users to create and synchronise WhatsApp templates directly from its platform. Here are the key features:

  • Template Creation:

  • Head to Content > Messenger Templates to craft templates within Flexito OmniAI.

  • Supported Categories:

  • Marketing: Share promotions or details about your products, services, or business.

  • Authentication: Send codes for transaction or login verification.

  • Utility: Provide updates on existing orders or accounts.

  • Carousel: Deliver a text message with up to 10 carousel cards.

  • Limited-Time Offer: Display expiration dates and countdown timers for offer codes.

  • Media Attachments:

  • Templates can include images, documents, locations, phone numbers, URLs, and reply buttons.

  • Reply Button Update: Previously, templates supported up to 3 buttons. Now, you can add up to 10 reply buttons.

New Features

Edit WhatsApp Templates

  • Previously, templates could only be created and not modified. Now, you can:

  • Edit existing templates.

  • Submit changes for review directly from Flexito OmniAI.

  • Once approved, changes automatically update templates in the Flow Builder.

Template Analytics

  • The new Template Message Analytics feature offers insights into:

  • The number of messages sent, delivered, and viewed.

  • The costs of conversations using WhatsApp template messages.

  • How to Access:

  • Go to Flexito OmniAI and click on the Template Message Analytics icon.

  • Metrics are shown in UTC time zone, not the workspace time zone.

  • These insights help track message performance and cost efficiency.

Check-in Use

  • Feature: Easily track where templates are utilised within flows.

  • How It Works:

  • Click the Check-in Use button on a template to see all flows that use it.

  • Use filters to find specific flows or message types.

  • This feature centralises template management, enabling quick updates across multiple flows at once.

Default Values

  • Purpose: Minimise manual input when sending template messages.

  • How It Works:

  • Set default values for variables like custom fields and URLs in templates.

  • Default values apply automatically when sending messages but can be adjusted if necessary.

  • Setup:

  • Navigate to Message Templates, click the edit icon, and set up default values.

Enhanced Bot Template Installations

  • Objective: Simplify building comprehensive chatbot solutions on WhatsApp.

  • Key Updates:

  • When creating chatbot templates:

  • All template messages used in a flow are packaged with the chatbot template.

  • Default values for these templates are included.

When the chatbot template is installed:

  • Flexito OmniAI automatically creates and synchronises all templates with their default values.

Important Notes:

  • Only WhatsApp Cloud is supported for this feature.

  • Ensure the WhatsApp number is linked to the account before installing templates.
