Easily enhance your workflow with Flexito's versatile apps. Whether you're using OmniAI or other user-generated applications, integrating these tools into your flow builder is seamless. Discover how to install and manage apps efficiently, ensuring secure and optimal performance.

## How to Install an App

To integrate an app into your flow builder, you must first install it, even if you are the creator.

Follow steps 1, 2, and 3. In the mini-app store, you will find all apps published by Flexito OmniAI or other users.

In the screenshot above,

  • Apps with a green label, such as "1.0.1," are published by others.

  • Apps with a red "Draft" label are created by you and are visible only to you until published.

Click the blue "Select" button to view the app's details:

You can preview the app's actions, descriptions, and guidelines. Click "Install," and a pop-up will appear if an API key is required:

Enter the key and click "Save."

You can change the key later by clicking the "Settings" button next to the app. If the app needs access to your flow, an "API Access" button will be visible in the screenshot above.

Before using the app, ensure you know which APIs it wants to access. Enable the flows you permit it to access to use all its features, keeping your flows secure from unauthorized access.

Well done! You can now find the app in your Action steps, just like any built-in integration.
