Access Message Templates

Navigate to Content and select Message Templates.

Select New Template, give it a name, and choose the Limited Time Offer category. This category offers various options specifically designed for time-sensitive promotions.

Personalise Your Offer

Tailor the template to your needs by adding an image or video to the header, setting an expiration date, and enabling the copy code option. Complete all necessary fields, including the title and the URL of your website where the offer is available, then submit the template for review.

Establish Default Values

After Meta approves your template, you can set default values.

Within the default values, configure the expiration date, input the coupon code, and provide the URL for the offer page on your website.

Distribute the Offer via a Subflow

In your flow builder, utilise the Message Node, navigate to Others, then select WhatsApp Template Message, and choose the appropriate template.

When choosing the template message, you can either enter custom values or use the default ones.
