You can recharge your credit, review your credit spending history, and predict usage for the next 7 or 30 days.
Adding Credit
By default, Flexito OmniAI allows you to add credit through Stripe payments. If you prefer to use PayPal, please contact support. We can manually add the credit to your account after payment.
Flexito OmniAI provides discounts for credit additions over . You can receive extra credit of , , or when you add , 0, or 0, respectively, in a single transaction.

After selecting the amount of credit you wish to add, click the "Add Credit" button. A window will appear; click "Pay now" to proceed.
You will then be redirected to the Stripe checkout page to complete the payment.
Once the payment is successful, you will return to Flexito OmniAI, and the credit will be added to your wallet.
You can also download the invoice from your credit history.
To add credit via PayPal, contact support for payment details. After payment, we will manually add the credit to your wallet.
This process typically takes 2 working days.
Credit Prediction for the Next 7 & 30 Days
Under your available credit information, we provide an estimate of the credit needed for the next 7 and 30 days.
This estimate considers any paid workspaces with auto-renew enabled. We calculate the basic plan and any add-ons.
This helps you understand the credit required for the upcoming 7 or 30 days.
Important Note on Credit: Flexito OmniAI does not offer refunds for charged credit. Ensure you only charge the amount you need.
Auto Top-Up Option
Maintaining sufficient partner credits is crucial for timely renewal of all paid workspaces under your partner domain.
Flexito OmniAI offers an auto top-up feature for partner clients. This automatically tops up the account from the partner's card, eliminating the need for manual credit addition.
This feature is available to partner users and clients whose partners have signed up using Stripe.
Auto Top-Up Partner Credit
Log in to your Flexito OmniAI portal (not the WL portal) and navigate to Whitelabel settings from the dashboard. Click on Prepaid Credit.
You can enable this feature so that whenever your credit is insufficient to keep your partner clients active, Flexito OmniAI will automatically charge your card and top up your account.
For instance, if you select the option, will be charged to your card and added to your account. If more credit is needed, we will top up your account twice until the requirement is met.
You can choose the amount to auto top-up if your partner account lacks sufficient credit.
