Upgrade or downgrade plans

Effortlessly manage your subscription plans with our API, allowing you to seamlessly upgrade or downgrade your workspace plans according to your business needs.

Utilise the /partner/workspace/{workspaceId}/change-plan endpoint to seamlessly upgrade or downgrade your plan.

To switch to a paid plan or revert to the free plan, you'll need the workspace ID.

Keep in mind that using this API endpoint to downgrade a workspace will immediately switch it to the free plan.

If you prefer your customer to continue using the current plan until the billing cycle concludes, you can disable auto-renewal using a different API endpoint.

By doing so, the customer won't be charged for the following month after the current billing period ends. Following three days of overdue notifications, their workspace will automatically revert to the free plan.
