How to Send an Email:

1. Access the Send Email Action:

2. Email Profile: Choose the email profile for sending the email. This represents the sender's email address.

• Send To: Input the recipient's email address.

• Email Template: Select a pre-existing email template to ensure a uniform format and style.

• Email Subject (Required): Type in the subject line for your email, which is mandatory and the first element the recipient will notice.

• Preheader: Provide a brief summary that appears after the subject line in the inbox.
