Enhance your workflow with Flexito's label feature, designed to streamline contact management across multiple bots within the same workspace. Especially beneficial when paired with the "Global Contacts" add-on, labels allow for seamless organisation and retrieval of user data, making it easier to manage and engage with your audience efficiently.
Labels operate like tags, but they are accessible across various bots within the same workspace.
This feature is particularly useful if you have the "Global Contacts" add-on, which is available exclusively with the Flexito OmniAI Partner plan.
Using Labels
Where to find it: Navigate to the Content section to view the labels.
To illustrate how labels function, imagine two bots within the same workspace: one is a WhatsApp Bot, and the other is an Omni Channel Bot.
Once you create a label, it becomes accessible to all bots within the same workspace.
Using labels in sub-flows: In the action node, go to basic action, then choose to add or remove a label.
These labels are also visible in Live Chat.
Using Labels with the "Global Contacts" Add-on
Purchasing the Global Contacts Add-on
Available only with the Flexito OmniAI Partner plan, the add-on can be purchased for a one-time fee. Locate it under "Whitelabel Settings" → Partner Settings → Custom Addon → Global Contacts.
After purchasing the add-on, click on "settings" to see where these settings are located.
You'll find it in "Live Chat" on the top navigation bar, with "Search Bot Users" available on the left side.
Using workspace labels in Global Contacts: Workspace labels are shared across bots in the same workspace. If you apply the same label to different bots, you can filter all bot users that match your segment criteria.
In Global Contacts, click the "filter" icon to build and share segments based on workspace labels.
For instance, if you create a "new customer" label shared across all bots in the workspace, you can set up a filter as shown in the screenshot below.
Once saved, you can designate the segment as public or private, allowing your team to easily access these contacts from the left sidebar.
That's how you can utilise labels with the Global Contacts add-on.
