  1. "How to Obtain the Payload"

  1. Access your Flexito OmniAI OmniChannel or Facebook Bot.

  2. Go to "Tools" and select "Facebook Ads."

  3. Press "Create New Facebook Ads Payload."

  1. Select the subflow you wish to connect to the user.

  1. Click "Edit" and copy the displayed Payload.

  • UTM Parameters: Add up to nine UTM parameters to the Payload in Flexito OmniAI to track Facebook Ads traffic, automatically saving this data in Custom User Fields.
