Calendly is an excellent tool for setting up bookings for your business or your clients.

Flexito OmniAI offers a straightforward native integration to easily configure this setup.

How to Connect to Calendly

Navigate to the Integrations section from the main dashboard's left-hand menu. Choose Calendly from the available options.

Click on the 'Connect Calendly Account' button to proceed to Calendly and grant Flexito OmniAI permission to manage your bookings.

On the Authorization page, ensure you click the button to proceed.

You will be redirected back, and your account should display as verified. If you have a pro account, a checkmark will also appear in the webhook section.

Utilising Calendly

Once connected, you can integrate Calendly into any of your chatbots.

To do this, go to a flow, select a text message, and add a button. Choose the Calendly button type.

After selecting the button, you can choose an event type, which is retrieved from your Calendly account.

When you send this message with the button to a subscriber, they can book an appointment using the event you set up.

Afterwards, you can retrieve the booking details from the 'Select' system field.

Access the system variable list and search for the system field named 'Select'.

Clicking on it will bring up a pop-up displaying all possible information you can retrieve from Calendly.

This allows you to confirm the booking with your subscriber, as shown in the previous screenshot.
