Flexito OmniAI makes it easy to set up your custom domain using a free Cloudflare account. Cloudflare provides free SSL, which you can use immediately.
If you prefer not to use Cloudflare for managing your custom domain, please contact our support team. We can assist you in setting up SSL for your custom domain, although additional charges will apply.
For those planning to manage their domain with Cloudflare, follow this tutorial to migrate your domain to their platform:
Once your domain is migrated to Cloudflare, navigate to the DNS settings and add an A record as shown in the screenshot below.
Ensure you add an A record and correctly enter the name.
For instance, if your domain is and you want your custom domain to direct to chatbot.abc.com (),
simply enter 'chatbot' in the Name field.
Make sure this A record points to the IP address , and enable the proxy settings.
Then, go to the SSL/TLS settings and set your SSL encryption mode to Flexible.
After configuring all settings, wait a few hours for the DNS to propagate. Once complete, your custom domain will be accessible with a free SSL certificate.

Enter your full custom domain name and select the A type, as illustrated in the screenshot below:
Wait for all green checks to appear, indicating DNS propagation is complete. You can now access your custom domain with SSL enabled.
