As part of our partner program, we provide the non-Flexito OmniAI branded app and mobile app by default. However, partners have the option to customise their own branded app from the choices below.
SSL Certificate - (one-time payment)
Flexito OmniAI offers a tutorial to help you set up your custom domain through Cloudflare for free. You can also obtain an SSL certificate using their service. More details are available in the video below:
If you prefer not to use Cloudflare or encounter issues setting up your custom domain, we can manually configure the SSL certificate for you.
The service costs a one-time payment of . After payment, send us a screenshot along with your custom domain information via email, and we'll set it up for you.
Dynamic Links - (one-time payment)
By default, all dynamic links across workspaces use a non-Flexito OmniAI domain.
In the Flexito OmniAI partner dashboard, URLs are used in several places, such as when uploading files or generating dynamic checkout and appointment links. By default, these links are under a non-Flexito OmniAI domain ().
We offer partners the option to upgrade and use their own custom domain for dynamic links. This upgrade costs as a one-time payment, allowing all file upload URLs, checkout links, and date/time selectors to be under your branded domain.

White Label Onboarding Videos ( one-time fee)
You can white-label our onboarding videos to reflect your brand and domain. Here is a list of available videos:
A total of 51 videos are available.
Partners can pay a one-time fee to customise and add their brand and logo to all videos, allowing you to switch to your own branded onboarding videos.

Gmail & Google Sheet App - one-time fee for both apps
If you wish to use Google Sheets and Gmail under your brand, we can assist in applying for the app, getting it approved, and connecting it to your custom domain. This service costs a one-time fee of . You can pay using the link below:
Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect - one-time fee EACH under your brand
You also have the option to use your own branded app in Zapier, Make, and Pabbly Connect to integrate with third-party services.
The generic branded app is the Chatbot App. See the screenshot below:
We will publish the app under your brand name and connect it with your custom domain. The cost is as a one-time fee for EACH platform.

To integrate a new SMS provider into our visual flow builder, we charge a one-time fee of . The integration will be completed within two weeks.
For existing integrations, additional charges apply if you want to update existing channels.
New WhatsApp BSP Provider - one-time fee
Integrating a new WhatsApp provider into our visual flow builder costs a one-time fee of .
The integration will be completed within four weeks.
Based on your WhatsApp API support, we can add different message type supports, such as WhatsApp template messages and product catalog messages, for the new provider.
For existing integrations, additional charges apply if you want to update existing channels.
Your Own UI Design
If you wish to have a custom UI design, there are two options. Flexito OmniAI plans to introduce various themes for you to choose from, which will be available by the end of the year. Alternatively, you can design your own UI, and we will provide a quotation based on your design and timeline for implementation.
We recommend referring to for element usage. Please avoid making dramatic changes to the modules.
